| Shipping And Handling Although your postage costs reflect 2nd Class Post all items are generally shipped 1st Class Royal Mail or by next day courier. We advertise 2nd Class in case it takes us a day or so to get your item back into stock. |
| Delivery Schedule As already stated above, as long as your item is in stock, we send your order right away. We will normally deliver your order to you inside 2 - 4 business days as long as payment has been made . If we are struggling to get your item back into stock we will contact you to offer you alternative items or a full refund. You can of course keep the item on back order to be shipped as soon as it is delivered to us. |

| Returns Policy your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. If unwanted items are returned they will be refunded less the original carriage costs. Please note that this includes orders qualifying for our free shipping offer on orders over £15.00. Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to inspect all items, particularly markers for signs of tampering, attempted modification and internal circuit board damage due to over adjustment of triggers or the use of an inappropriate power source. Goggles must be unused and have no visible signs of paint contamination. Air systems must show no signs of tampering or interference with the fitted safety disks, fill nipples and gauges. Unwanted items must be returned within seven days. If accepted, goods returned outside the required seven days may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. LiPS Ltd will not refund the cost of the return of unwanted items. All postage costs due to clothing size exchange must be paid for by the customer. |
